All of our staff are professional, enthusiastic musicians with extensive experience in the music industry. Our staff have played at events and in venues including Download Festival, 02 Wireless Festival, the Hammersmith Apollo, the Manchester MEN and Wembley and in places across America, Europe and Asia.
All of our tutors have enhanced level CRB clearance, the minimum musical qualification of Higher Diploma or equivalent, or has received teacher training by Realistic Rock Academy. All tutors have both practical and theoretical music knowledge, are used to working with young people and many have taught in schools and colleges in the area.
Our reception staff are all committed musicians who are current or previous students of Realistic Rock Academy and have high aspirations of working in the music industry. Many of them have completed work experience at Realistic Rock before being invited to join the team and have proved themselves invaluable to running the Academy.
At Realistic Rock, we welcome work experience placements and endeavour to develop the musical skills and confidence of young people so as a result, many of our tutors and other staff have been previous students of the Academy.
