Realistic Records has been to set up to give bands that have been developed through the Realistic Rock Academy a network to sell their music through the use of mobile phones.
Realistic Rock acknowledges the ongoing development in telecommunication technology and online networking sites. Through this new technology bands can access larger markets and gain new fans and thus sell their music without the need of a major record label. By removing the need for CD production and distribution etc, Realistic Records can offer bands a more lucrative way of marketing their music by removing these middle men.

Winners of Kerrang Best Live Unsigned Act @ The Vodafone Music Awards 2007
Congratulations to the Flaming Monkeys who picked up the award for the Kerrang Best Live Unsigned Act at the Vodafone Live Music Awards on September 19th! And a big Thank you! To everyone who voted!
